Probiotics

Hi,

Good podcast guys.

I have heard that it is not good to eat and drink at the same time because the liquid "water's down" your stomach acids so they are not as strong when they digest your food. I have heard it is recommended that people not drink an hour before or an hour after eating so your stomach acids are at full strength for digestion. I do not know if that would help.

Also, I was wondering if anyone has tried probiotics. Probiotics supposedly have good bacteria in them that aid your stomach with digestion. Maybe that would help? It has helped me. I like probiotics in capsuls as opposed to eating them via yogurt. Just wanted to share. Thanks.
