Natural foods for IBS

by Tom
(Georgia, USA)

Eating food from natural sources, without all the nasty stuff that some companies add to them, is the way that God intended it.

We poison ourselves with some foods, and we are not told what effect chemicals and additives are having on our bodies.

The major factor is money and most of us have to worry about it, so we buy food from big stores to feed our families and are grateful to them for making it cost-effective. We have kids to raise and we want to feed them well.

Even if the labels show the ingredients and additives, we don't know what they do to our bodies.

Natural, organic food is the way forward, but at the moment the cost is too expensive for a lot of people..

I couldn't agree moore!
by: Rick @ IBS-Life.com

Hi Tom,
I'm not sure whether you have read my latest article (titled: How I Eliminated IBS For One Month!), or have listened to our latest podcast (podcast 6) here on this website, but these are exactly the things we talk about.
I went on a experiment to put to the test pretty much everything you have just mentioned, and I have to report that the results were astonishing!

If you get a chance have a look at the article - it pretty much agrees with everything you have just said.

cheers
Rick
