My fight with what i believe is ibs

I cannot sleep, I just keep wondering why do I have to deal with the embarrassment, pain and depression, my family doesn't understand my bosses think I'm crazy or have mental heath issues, my co workers mock me and make fun of me all because I have ibs, I am a fighter though I will continue to seek help or a cure for myself through doctors which is harder than I care to say. I wish everyone else who deals with ibs the best of luck and never give into the mocking, laughter or anything else thanks for reading .
