my emergency kit

by eva
(united kingdom)

After my worst attack fourteen yers ago when I soiled myself I assembled my emergency kit.

I carry a pair of lightweight trousers rolled up in a small nylon bag, in another I carry briefs, sanitary towels, tissues, moist toilet wipes and polythene gloves also, immodium along with a small plastic bag for disposing of soiled underwear.

I know this sounds a lot but it all fits into the bottom of my medium sized handbag. In all these years I have only had to use any of this once or twice but the knowledge it is there gives me the confidence to do most things, fly, travel by car etc. I always wear a night-time sanitary pad this stops clothing being marked if an accident occurs.

For extra confidence I aqquired a Radar Key which allows access to disabled toilets if there is a queue in the normal one.

Gentlemen could carry spare underwear and relevant items in a lightweight nylon rucksack if on a journey. This is without a doubt one of the worse conditions to have and lead a normal life, hope something from here will help someone out there.
