    <title>Mar 31, Rick - I&#39;m leaving to try out the IBS audio 100 program</title>
    <link>http://www.ibs-life.com/irritable-bowel-syndrome-blog.html#Rick---I&#39;m-leaving-to-try-out-the-IBS-audio-100-program</link>
<description>Hello to all my fellow IBS sufferers.
Rick here from the IBS-Life.com website team.
I just wanted to write this quick blog post to let you know that I will be taking a sabbatical from the day-to-day running of the IBS-Life.com website for a while, while I fully engage with the IBS audio 100 hypnothareapy program.

I have been advised by the makers of the program to avoid any activities that are likely to cause me to think about, or remind me about IBS in general, while doing the program.

This should help me to get the maximum benefit from the audio discs, and to yield the best possible results.

My good friends Kev and Sian will continue to run the website while I am away, and will be happy to answer emails etc, but are under strict instructions not to forward any IBS-related correspondence to me during the time I am away.

The course runs for 100 days, but I understand that some sufferers may need to do the course more than once, before a satisfactory result is achieved.

I will, of course, be writing an account of my experience, and any results once I have completed the course.

Until then, here&#39;s wishing you a fun and IBS-Free summer.

Rick</description>
