Quite often IBS sufferers look towards the possibilities of working from home as an answer to 'running the gauntlet' each morning on their journey to work.In this IBS podcast, Kev, Sian and Rick discuss the feasibility and philosophies of working from home, and talk about whether it can be a viable option for IBS sufferers. The conversation touches on the kinds of things people might be able to do, and offers a few suggestions and ideas about a starting point. During the discussion we mention a company we use called Sitesell that enables absolutely anyone to build an income generating website based around a hobby or passion, regardless of their internet skills. Information on Sitesell can be found here. We also discuss various books including: "Practising the Power of Now" Your Questions AnsweredIf you have any questions you would like answered in a future podcast, write in with your IBS-related questions here. Our podcasts are just like conversational Radio chat shows. The three main administrators of the website all take part in the discussion which is based on their own personal experiences with IBS and how it effects their lives. The IBS podcast format is usually Kev taking the role as host to keep the conversation flowing while Rick and Sian apply a lot of the input, based on their own personal experiences with IBS.
We do have a whole list of IBS- related subject matter we hope to be creating podcasts on over the coming months. If you are subscribed to our RSS feed or e-zine, you will be notified when the new episodes become available. These new recordings will be added to our podcast page as and when they become available. We also hope to be inviting guests on to our podcast chats from time-to-time.If you are experienced with IBS, either in a professional capacity, or personally, and would like to be considered for participation in one of our recordings, please feel free to get in touch.
