Our podcasts are just like conversational Radio chat shows. The three main administrators of the website all take part in the discussion which is based on their own personal experiences with IBS and how it effects their lives.
The format is usually Kev taking the role as host to keep the conversation flowing while Rick and Sian apply a lot of the input, based on thier own personal experiences with IBS.

We do have a whole list of IBS- related subject matter we hope to be creating podcasts on over the coming months.
