Life with IBS podcast 4
Working and Travelling with IBS

Today's IBS podcast touches on working with IBS, and travelling with IBS. We recall some personal accounts of awkward moments at work, and offer tidbits of advice based upon the things we have learned through our experiences in both the workplace and whilst travelling.

We are just three ordinary people who's lives are restricted by Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Podcasts by the IBSLife.net team
This series of podcasts are a bit like Radio chat shows. Kev Rick and Sian for the IBS-Life.com website take part in the discussions which are based upon their own personal experiences with IBS.

Kev (the only non IBS sufferer in the group) usually takes the role as host and helps keeps the conversation flowing while Rick and Sian apply input, based upon their own IBS experiences.

High Quality 5.1 surround sound!
These podcasts are usually recorded in super-high-quality 5.1 digital surround sound (one of the benefits of having a couple of amateur filmmakers on the team!)

This particular MP3 has been slightly compressed to 64Kbps so it can stream online more efficiently, but you should hardly notice the difference. It is recommended you listen to this podcast in headphones for best enjoyment.

All true podcasts are created in universal MP3 format. They can be listened to on the web page, or they can be downloaded and played using an iPod or other MP3 playing device.

More episodes scheduled
We have a whole list of IBS- related subject matter that further podcasts will be themed on. Recording sessions will take place over the coming weeks and months.

Be sure to subscribe to our RSS feed, or e-zine so that you are informed of new recordings as they are released.

We hope to be able to invite guests from time-to-time, to some of our recording sessions. If you are experienced in dealing with issues of living with IBS, either personally, or in a professional capacity, and you would like to be considered for participation in one of our recording sessions, please contact us.
