Our podcasts are a bit like Radio chat shows. All three administrators of the IBSLife.net website take part in the discussion which is based upon their own personal experiences with IBS and how it affects their lives.

Kev usually takes the role as host and keeps the conversation flowing while Rick and Sian apply a lot of the input, based on their own experiences with IBS.
