Our podcasts are just like conversational Radio chat shows. The three main administrators of the website all take part in the discussion which is based on their own personal experiences with IBS and how it effects their lives.

The format is usually Kev taking the role as host to keep the conversation flowing while Rick and Sian apply a lot of the input, based on thier own personal experiences with IBS.

More episodes will be coming soon
We have a whole list of IBS- related subject matter we will be creating podcasts on over the coming weeks and months. If you are subscribed to our RSS feed or e-zine, you will be notified when the new episodes become available. These new recordings will be added to our podcast page as and when they become available.
