Podcasts from the IBS-Life.com team

Our podcasts are a bit like conversational Radio chat shows. The three main administrators of the website; Kev Rick and Sian all take part in the discussion and offer opinion based on their own personal experiences of the ongoing battle with IBS.

The IBS podcast format is usually in the form of Kev taking the role as host to keep the conversation moving while Rick and Sian apply a lot of the input, based on their own personal IBS experiences.

Recordings
These IBS podcast recordings have been slightly compressed to between 96kbps and 128Kbps so they can upload and stream more efficiently online, but you should hardly notice any difference to that of the original high-quality recording. It is recommended that you listen to in headphones for the best enjoyment.

All podcasts are in the universal MP3 format and can be listened to directly from the web page, or they can be downloaded and stored for listening to later on, using an iPod or other MP3 player.

Many people tell us that they listen to these podcasts on their way to work via their iPods, and our podcasts are also available on iTunes (under ibs-life)

More episodes coming soon!
We are eager to hear feedback from people who listen to our podcasts. If you have any questions, or if there are any matters you wish us to discuss, please contact us via the available feedback forms and we will see what we can do.

We have a whole list of IBS- related subject matter we hope to be creating podcasts on over the coming months. If you are subscribed to our RSS feed or e-zine, you will be notified when the new episodes become available. These new recordings will be added to our podcast page as and when they become available.

We also hope to be inviting guests on to our podcast chats from time-to-time.If you are experienced with IBS, either in a professional capacity, or personally, and would like to be considered for participation in one of our recordings, please feel free to get in touch.
