Our recordings are a bit like Radio chat shows. The conversation usually flows well between us. Kev (as the only non IBS sufferer in the team) tends to take on the role as host and will generally help to keep the conversation flowing while Sian and Rick apply a lot of the input, based on thier direct expereiences with IBS.

Over time, we will be recording more episodes and adding them to our slowly growing archive. We also hope to be in a position to invite occasional guests to take part in our recording sessions.
