We are just three ordinary people who's lives are restricted by Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

This discussion touches on our own experiences of IBS, why we chose to create the website, and what we hope to bring to our audience and visitors.

Our recordings are a bit like Radio chat shows. The conversation usually flows well between us. Kev (as the only non IBS sufferer in the team) tends to take on the role as host and will generally help to keep the conversation flowing while Sian and Rick apply a lot of the input, based on thier direct expereiences with IBS.

High Quality 5.1 surround sound!
This podcast was recorded in high quality 5.1 digital surround sound, although it has been slightly compressed to 64Kbps to allow for faster uploading and streaming online.

You will barely notice any difference to the quality of the original recording which is best enjoyed through headphones.

The podcasts are in MP3 format and can be listened to on this web page, or downloaded for listening to later using an iPod or other MP3 player.
