Ibs Pelvic pain and Headaches

Have Ibs and all the symptoms but don't know what to do about the pelvic pain and headaches I have pretty much on a daily basis.
Past 3 month been having really bad pelvic pain and headaches, pelvic pain gets so bad that I can't sit or even walk without pain. The pain is also in my lower back. When I get up from a sitting position I get a real sharp pain going through my lower back bone were I have to stop getting up for a second.
Does anyone else have this?
Sometimes I wonder if it could be something else, but I had hysterectomy and have Sleep Apnea / high blood pressure
Doctor gave me Bentyl and it help some days but if I flare which seems to be a lot than it is not working much.
