My stomach is bloated and I am 18 and it is really getting my confidence down.

I'm always tired when I used to be energetic I really hate this if the bloating would go down I would be able to handle it.

I'm looking for a good diet to see if I can get the bloating down my self.

It honestly looks like I am about 4 months pregnant and I've seen people in my class looking at me proberly thinking I am.

I hate it, I hate it!

Bloating.
by: Siân@IBS-Life

I know what you mean. even when I was very slim I got bloated.

I have found since last year, that 4000 milligrams (4 capsules) of Fish Oils per day does help with that. (Not Cod Liver Oil; fish oils) Apparently, as well as being good for the heart, brain etc, they lubricate the intestines and help IBS. Only a week or so ago, I read that they were a little-known aid to weight loss, and I definitely lost weight (and bloat) after taking them for about six weeks. I was confused, since my diet had not changed (and a bit worried,) but I do think the Fish Oils helped. Every-one noticed that my stomach was much flatter.

You can get Fish Oils from heath stores or supermarkets (the big ones sell their own brands, which are not expensive). And you must buy the 1000 milligram capsules and take four per day, every day. They are absolutely safe and with no side effects whatsoever.
