Does anyone also suffer with teeth grinding and biting (TMD/TMJ) as well as IBS?

I have been to the dentist about my teeth grinding and biting when i am asleep. i just got a night guard for my teeth, and my dentist asked me whether i had recently been stressed or unwell. which i have been with my ibs and been getting headaches too. apparently people with stress related IBS are likely to get this disorder (tmd) because it is also stress related. does anyone else seem to have this problem as well?
