Cutting out white sugar ,appears to be the answer for me.

I have had bowel problems for about 4 years. My stools were very loose, and I would also release a mucas (which I could only describe as looking like wall paper paste) Cleaning myself was a long and frustrating job, and to top that, 20 minutes later I would find the mucas would still be releasing itself, bringing down any debris along with it.

However, I read something online describing intoleraces to sugars. I drink a lot of tea (with sugar) So I decided to change from white refined to unrefined sugar. Since doing this 3 weeks ago, I have had a problem Free bowel. I know it is early days, but I needed to pass this on to other simular sufferers.

part of the solution
by: Sanders

Hello,
thanks for the insight, i am sure that get riding of sugar is part of the solution, also some meditation/relaxing daily is also part, but for me there is the psychological issue, that is hard to deal with....
