My nickname is "GG" I'm a 48 yr. old IBS sufferer. I have lived with this disease over 4 years. It started in my mid forties. I always had constipation issues now and then but never the ongoing pain, discomfort and diarrhea issues. Sometimes I would have a good days and thought I was getting over what I had but then it would come back again these attacks and last longer each time till they never went away. I hate going to the doctor but finally went to my general family doctor who said it was IBS and put me on some medication that did nothing and after 6 more months of no improvement. I saw a specialist, who put me thru many tests which were all good. He said they had to rule some things out to make sure they were only dealing with IBS since I had been on medication and it did not work. Recently my specialist prescribed a new medication Librax. Never heard of it before but it has changed my life. I feel like a new woman. I can leave the house go out to eat and enjoy the food without running to the bathroom endless times with cramping and sickness and bathroom runs. I started drinking coffee again. I have only been on the medication a week but havent't felt this good in years. I hope it continues to work. If you suffer with IBS don't waste another minute talk to your doctor about Librax today.
